摘　　要：在全面依法治国背景下,给高校法治教育提供了重要的价值指引,它不仅引领了高校优化人才培养目标,为法治教育提供坚实支撑,还推动着高校法治育人方式的改革创新。为了进一步优化高校法治教育,本文从明确法治育人目标、创新法治育人方式、丰富法治育人载体三个方面进行了探讨,这些策略的实施将有助于提升高校法治教育的质量和效果,为全面依法治国提供有力的人才支持和智力支持。Under the background of comprehensive rule of law, it provides important value guidance for the rule of law education in colleges and universities. It not only leads universities to optimize the goal of talent training, provides solid support for the rule of law education, but also promotes the reform and innovation of the rule of law education methods in universities. In order to further optimize the rule of law education in universities, this paper discusses three aspects: clarifying the goal of rule of law education, innovating the way of rule of law education, and enriching the carrier of rule of law education. The implementation of these strategies will help to improve the quality and effect of rule of law education in universities and provide strong talent and intellectual support for comprehensively governing the country according to law.
