摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略是新时代“三农”工作的着重点,其目标是农业农村现代化。农村电子商务作为新兴商业模式,对于推动乡村振兴具有巨大作用。随着互联网的发展,在政府宏观政策的积极引导下,将互联网与农业紧密结合,对于促进农业转型、农村发展和农民增收的重要性不言而喻。甘肃省作为中国西北地区的农业大省,面临着新的发展机遇和挑战。本文旨在研究乡村振兴视域下甘肃省农村电商的高质量发展路径,提出了包括加大政策支持力度;完善基础设施建设;强化人才培养与教育;品牌建设推动与创新营销;供应链优化管理在内的乡村振兴背景下农村电子商务发展的路径。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an important lever for the work of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in the new era, with the overall goal of modernizing agriculture and rural areas. Rural e-commerce, as an emerging business model, plays a huge role in promoting rural revitalization. With the development of the Internet, under the active guidance of the government’s macro policies, the close integration of the Internet and agriculture is of great importance for promoting agricultural transformation, rural development and farmers’ income increase. As a major agricultural province in northwest China, Gansu Province is facing new development opportunities and challenges. This paper aims to study the high quality development path of rural e-commerce in Gansu Province under the perspective of rural revitalization, and proposes the path of increasing policy support;improving the infrastructure construction, strengthening talent training and education;brand building promotion and innovative marketing, and rural e-commerce development in the background of supply chain optimization management.
