摘　　要：面对新时代下高校安全形势的新问题、新挑战,当前高校平安校园建设还存在着安全意识有待提升、协同机制有待完善、育人功能还需深化等问题,文章以软环境理论为视角,在梳理当前平安校园建设存在的问题和困境的基础上,通过定性研究方法,对B市高校的平安校园建设现状进行调研,试图探究新时代高校平安校园的建设路径。Facing the new problems and challenges of the safety situation of colleges and universities in the new era, the current construction of safe campuses in colleges and universities still has problems such as safety awareness needs to be improved, coordination mechanism needs to be improved, and educational functions need to be deepened. Based on the soft environment theory, this article uses qualitative research methods to investigate the current status of safe campus construction in colleges and universities in City B, and attempts to explore the construction path of safe campus in colleges and universities in the new era.
