摘　　要：红色旅游资源具备呈现历史事实与传承红色记忆等功能,是党史学习教育的宝贵素材。湖南省各高校常依托本省红色旅游资源开展党史学习教育,但其中存在内涵挖掘不够、融入形式相对虚化,以及缺乏常态化长效化机制等问题,导致党史学习教育成效不足。加大红色旅游资源开发力度、融入党史学习教育专题活动,坚持思政课程与课程思政并举、依托红色旅游资源铸魂育人,数字赋能红色旅游资源融入党史学习教育,开展线上线下常态化实践教学,既是红色旅游资源常态化利用的应有之义,也是提升党史学习教育实效的有效路径。Red tourism resources have the functions of presenting historical facts and inheriting red memories and are valuable materials for learning and educating party history. Various universities in Hunan Province often rely on the red tourism resources in their own province to carry out Party history learning and education. However, there are problems such as insufficient exploration of connotation, relatively vague integration into forms, and a lack of normalized and long-term mechanisms, which lead to insufficient effectiveness in Party history learning and education. Intensify the development of red tourism resources, integrate them into the special activities of Party history learning and education, adhere to the combination of ideological and political courses, rely on red tourism resources to cultivate people, empower red tourism resources with digital technology to integrate into Party history learning and education, and carry out online and offline normalized practical teaching. This is not only the necessary meaning of the normalized utilization of red tourism resources, but also an effective path to improve the effectiveness of Party history learning and education.
