摘　　要：After the Cold War,the international patterns have greatly changed and the globalization of economy has been advanced,thus the importance of the relationship between countries stands out in regional sense.Countries with geographic affinity and international organizations are positively promoting the regional cooperation in security,economy and politics.When this kind of cooperation is mature,those countries will be encouraged to further the integrated cooperation and based on this coˉoperation formthemselves into a regional group.With this as a background,both China and Southeast Asian countries attach great importance to improving their bilateral relations in diplomacy.China’s diplomacy with them becomes one of the most active and creative rings in its strategy of diplomatic relations.
