摘　　要：For a nonnegative matrix that satisfies some conditons, we get sharper upperand lower bounds of perron root of the matrix by choosing simple similarity trans-formation such that the transformed matrix still is nonnegative and its smallestrow sum increases and its largest decreases. Some examples are given to show thenew estimation method is effective.
