摘　　要：《Emperor Huang Internal Sutra》is a theoretical treasure of ancient Chinese traditional herbs medicine. The state of internal organs, the causes of diseases, the main channels, onset and process of illnesses, dialysis, treatment and acupuncture, all these medical principles take use of the theory of Yin-Yang, the theory of the Changes and the theory of Heaven and man, expounding the dialectical principles of treatment systematically due to different place, different time and different people, thus fully reflecting a conception of unity of causes of human diseases and changes with external circumstances. These ideals embody strongly the thoughts of the learning of the Changes, which make it approach the science of medical field by elicitation to the theory of the Changes. 《Emperor Huang Internal Sutra》has a vital place in Chinese philosophy of the theory of the Changes.
