摘　　要：Because of a late start-problems of various kinds exist in such aspects as facilities.talents-fund-service and information in Chongqing’S community sports.After a thotough investigation of fifteen districts and counties and 803 eommunities in Chongqing,and a detailed analysis of the present management pattern of Chongqing.this paper brings forword the idea of network management of community sports.This network system consists of four sub-systems?leadership system,coordinate system,talent system and service system, which are closely related but each works independently and they all contribute to the network management of community sports in Chongqing.
