摘　　要：Human Rights,as a basic legal principle,has gained common recognition of most of the countries and societies.Since 1990s,China has been continuing made progresses in the promotion of human rights.One of the important embodiments is that the Constitution and laws of PRC have greatly improved the standard of promotion and protection of human rights,and have been quickening its steps in joining in the International system of construction and protection of human rights.
