摘　　要：全球一体化增加了传染病国际传播的风险，各国面对输入性传染病的预防控制压力日益增加。对输入与本地传播风险进行评估后，在输入前开展预防传人和常规防控，在输入后进行应急控制是目前主要的防控思路。参与全球统一行动，援助疫区国家，主动消除输入风险已成为重要防控策略。
