摘　　要：The author introduces into the concept and indicators of comprehensive competitiveness of cities,tries to establish a set of statistical indicators fitting the national condition of China and according with international common rules and raises some basic thinking ways to conduct international comparison on comprehensive competitiveness of cities by using both domestic and international researching results for reference.
