摘　　要：The Chinese white poplar dominant tree belongs to the super clone selected from statewide.Its growth rate is 15%～20% more than common Chinese white poplar.In this paper the method of stem tissue culture were studied.At first,the semilignified branches with plump buds were selected and cutted into inch-long segments.The second,each segment was sterilizated a few minutes in soap liquid,5% antifuming and 0.1% mercuric chloride separatly.The third,stem segments were vaccinated into culture medium and cultured in the germfree isolator under adequate environment.At last,after the tube young plant rooted,the seedlings were replanted from tube to basin and to field.
