摘　　要：In this paper, the Neumann boundary value problem for the Laplacian equation on the upper half plane is reduced into the equivalent natural boundary integral equation with the singular kernel of order 2. By virtue of Galerkin Shannon Wavelet method, we obtain the computational formula of the coefficient of stiffness matric in very simple form. Lastly, the solution error estimates and the convergence estimates of the solution are established, and the numerical examples are given.
