摘　　要：The content of the total Cholesterol in blood serum of impatient who suffers from coronary heart disease and trace elements including Zn、Cu、Cd、Cr were determined and analysed in the 44 cases of the text in order to know about the relation of interaction of several metal ion and cholesterol and the causes of disease,so as to provide experiment,basis for prevention and cure of the kind of disease and lay the study of theory foundation.
