摘　　要：After joining the WTO.China will haveafive year economic adjustment while the increase of labor force.which will undoubredly add more variables to the solution of unemployment will reach a peak Even though opportunities are more than challenges it will be quite difficult to deal with the unemployment under the circumstances of surplus labor force therefore the economic growth models should be “employ ment centered” on one hand the supply of labor force should be controlled at the source.On the other hand in accord with the globalization.China’s economy couldbe developed various ways in order to provide more posts.
