摘　　要：In China’s feudal history of civilization, the Tang and Song Dynasties had witnessed unprecedented changes, which found the expressions in the spheres of economy and social life. The governments of the two Dynasties geared their commercial policy to the rapid progress of the commodity economy. Generally speaking, the measures included the replacement of sale monopoly with tax system, the gradual systematization and standardization of commercial tax, and the practice of governments’ support of commerce.
