摘　　要：As the native language transfer inevitably exerts definite influences on English study,the paper is to give a more detailed analysis to the positive and negative effects in one's L2 learning.In English teaching,the full use of the positive effect of the native language transfer and the utmost elimination of the negative effect of the native language transfer would bring about a great advance in English quality improvement of the learners.The learners should be taught not to avoid negative influence.
