摘　　要：Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe histological structure of major immune organs of Yuyi hairless mice.Methods: By using Weigert′s hematoxylin and eosin staining.Results: The histological structure of spleen and lymph node of Yuyi hairless mice was normal at different ages.Thymus was showed with thicker cortex in one month and two months.Thymus shrank in fat tissues in eight months,showed a medulla structure without cortex.Thymus bodies were not found at different ages.Conclusion: The major immune organs of Yuyi hairless mice were normal in one month and two months,thymus shrank without cortex in eight months.
