摘　　要：Upon the basis of comprehensive survey on the bio-resources of Zhengzhou Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve,we analyzed the relationship between wetland ecology and bio-resource protection,the problems encountering wetland development and protection,and further put forward corresponding protective measures.
