摘　　要：The paper first presents and analyzes the main facts of more than thirty years’thinking communication between Martin Heidegger and Lao-Zhuang Taoism.Among the facts,two are seldom known.Based on them,a conclusion is drawn that Heidegger’s interests in Taoism come from certain inner philosophical motives.Secondly,the cautious and conservative side of Heidegger’s views on the communicability between east and west thoughts is examined.By finding its reasons,the paper responses the skepticism about the relation between Heidegger and eastern thought.Finally,it is approached what possibilities of dialogue can be found between Heideggerian and Chinese ancient thoughts.They are positive in quite a few cases,but include some negative or critical ones from Chinese side also.All benefit a deeper self-recognition of Chinese philosophy as a whole.
