摘 要:Publicity is a category with a general scope of the meaning of the basic paradigm.In fact,many concepts commonly used by us are included in the publicity of the basic paradigm.Fundamentally speaking,publicity is equality of human,the some people who live together in a common world,common to face and solve public problems,construct a public home.Publicity between persons specifically embody:(1)properties of the total、of coexistence、of the republic;(2)properties of public、of public use、 of public benefits;(3)properties of common、 of conspiracy、 of consensus;(4)properties of public will、of justice、 of axiom;(5)properties of open、of fair、of justice,etc..In changing the patterns of publicity,you can vaguely see the contacts of the system level.
