摘　　要：Time flies! It is hard to believe that nearly 60 years have passed since the founding of the People＇s Republic of China in October 1949. Since then, China has made one achievement after another. Six decades of great changes and significant progress have made China a strong country. Women of China, established in the 1950s, has always been dedicated to introducing Chinese women and their achievements. Over the years, the magazine has become a bridge between women from China and women in the rest of the world. Throughout the decades, the magazine has focused on the status of Chinese women＇s survival and development, and we have paid special attention to issues ranging from national policies to the livelihoods of average Chinese. At all times, the magazine has done its best to help safeguard women＇s rights and interests and promote women＇s cause. Throughout this year, we will present photos that detail China＇s unforgettable past. Let＇s all remember the past, but look to the future!
