摘 要:The RuCl2(PPh3)3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst modified by chiral reagent(1S,2S)-(-)-1,2-diphenyl-1,2-ethylenediamine((1S,2S)-DPEN) was investigated for the asymmetric hydrogenation of acetophenone and its derivatives.At the optimized reaction conditions,85% conversion of acetophenone and 82%e.e.of(R)–α-phenyl ethanol were achieved over RuCl2(PPh3)3/γ-Al2O3 catalyst modified by(1S,2S)-DPEN.Furthermore,the results indicated that there was a synergistic effect between(1S,2S)-DPEN and KOH,which significantly accelerated the reaction rate and enantioselectivity.
