摘　　要：Of all the four skills listening, speaking, reading and writing, speaking seems to be the most important one. During the teaching process, there are so many difficuties in speaking that the students cannot solve. In the paper, it is mentioned some approaches to improve the speaking ability of the students, they are useful and efficient for teaching.
