摘　　要：In view of the influence by Fe3+,the reaction between paclitaxel and bovine serum albumin(BSA) in aqueous solution was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectra.The binding constant K and the binding sites n were measured according to suggested model. The binding distance r and transfer efficiency E between paclitaxel-iron(Ⅲ) and BSA were also obtained according to Fōrster theory of non-radiative energy transfer.The results indicated that there is a stronger binding force between paclitaxel-iron(Ⅲ) and BSA.
