摘　　要：As Marxist Philosophy, Mao Zedong’s philosophic thought is a practical philosophy characterized by "changing the world", and also a certain product of the Sinification of practice of Marxist philosophy in China. The reason that Mao can firstly bring forward and solve the important problem of the Sinification of Marxism is internally connected with his cultural character, which is mainly molded by traditional culture, especially the pragmatic style of Hu’nan academics. The concrete content of Mao’s practical philosophy represents a kind of Phronesis, which puts Marxism into practice with specific and complicated conditions of China. Mao’s practical philosophy is a model for studying Marxist Philosophy and advancing the Sinification of f Marxist philosophy today.
