摘　　要：This paper focuses on the role of moral values in Marxism and the nature of Marx’s critique of capitalism. Marx insists that morality is a social and historical product. His critique of capitalism doesn’t rely on Trans-historical standard, but it is immanent and historical. As to Marx’s moral values, Marx is neither unitarianism nor universalism, but the transcendence to the two standpoints, which is most clearly expressed in the concept of ’species being’ and the account of alienation. Finally, the paper discusses Marx’s concept of Justice, which insists that Marx’s conception of right is also historical, and the origin of these ideas are Hegelian.
