摘　　要：The Construction of the Great International Passage in Yunnan has gone well. However the complex political situations and international relations lagging economical development terrorism AIDS proliferation and so on are cross-cutting in the surrounding areas which have brought challenges to the construction of the Great International Passage in Yunnan. So We should take corresponding countermeasures to promote actively the construction of the Great International Passage in Yunnan.
