摘　　要：Since 1990s,the amount of FDI in ASEAN appears unsteady.Before the financial crisis in Asia,the amount of FDI increased steadily,but then appeared a decline in the following years.From 2003 on,the amount of FDI in ASEAN recovers its increase.During the period,the source of FDI,the structure of profession showed a remarkable change;Europe and America become the important source of FDI,the internal investment among nations of ASEAN increases;the service industry becomes the leading industry for FDI,the share of technological industry increase continually.In the global competition of FDI,there are still some competitive advantage for ASEAN while confronting more and more challenges.
