摘　　要：To accelerate the construction of the East Asian Community,it is basic to construct conception.Through the analysis on structural state of East Asian subculture,the present situation of regional cooperation and the goal of regional inteˉgration of ideas,it is suggested that to construct the community,pluralistic symbiosis of ideas,which are deeply implanted in the East Asian tradition and culture characterized by its”incorporation of diverse things”should be constructed.Therefore,the yardsticks for its basic values should be both constitutive and regulatory.
