摘　　要：The key factor for Singaporean economic development is education and its vocational education enriches its development of personnel resources,realizing its harmonious interaction of human and social development.Its improved educaˉtional systems and setups enhance its training of personnel of various kinds with high level of world class and good quality and provide itself with spiritual power and intellectual support,thus becoming a model for the harmonious interaction of human and social development in the international community.
