摘　　要：The humanbeing isan important element in the construction of urban forest because of its great impact to the urban ecological environment and system. And the significant function of natural elements must be broadly recognized for the control of the structure and function of the urban forest. Based on the vegetation investigation and the practice of the urban forest construction in Yushan, Changshu City, the characteristics of natural and human landscape elements were synthetically analyzed in this paper. And a plan of urban forest construction in Yushan was introduced. So this will facilitate the development of urban forest construction in China.
