摘　　要：Stroke is a common medical illness. The number of stroke survivors will increase as the management of acutestroke continues to improve. Depression is a common occurrence after stroke. The recognition and treatment ofpost-stroke depression(PSD) are important as PSD is associated with increased cognitive impairment,disability,suicidality and mortality. The anti-depression therapy such as cognitive-behavior therapy, music therapy,acupuncture therapy, ECT, rTMS and medical therapy could be used for PSD. SSRIs such as Sertraline might beeffective and safe for the patients with PSD.
