摘　　要：Professor Feng Qi proposes his own new opinion on Human Essence based on the inheritance of Marxist theory, which concludes that Human Essence is developing Moral character from Natural character, and Moral character returning to Natural character. It is the dialectical unity between rationality and Non-rationality, and the dialectical unity between the Specific and the general.
