摘 要:Primary speciation of eight elements (Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Ca,Mg,Sr and Ni)in ligusticum wallichii Franch was studied by atomic absorption spectrometry.The contents of eight elements in six samples were determined,and the species distributions of the primary speciation analysis,such as extractive rate and immerse-residue ratio,were also calculated.The results showed that the concentration of eight element in the residue was high,and extractive rate of Ni and Mg was higher than other elements.
