摘　　要：北京切诺基牌轻型越野汽车先后装用美国摩托克拉夫公司的电激磁启动机和德国波许公司的DW1.4型永磁减速式启动机。本文叙述了这两种启动机的工作原理、结构特点、性能参数;对启动机及其继电器的检查修理方法进行了介绍;列出了使用过程中,启动机易出现的故障及其引起的原因;指出,必须正确使用启动机。Starters equipped on Beijing CHEROKEE light off-road jeep have been first of the electromagnet type made by American Motocraft Co.,and then of the permanent-magnet decelerating DW1. 4 type made by Germany Bosch Co.This article narrates the working principle,structure characteristics,performance parameters of these two types ofstarters. The methods of checking and repairing the starters and their relays are introduced.The possible faults andtheir causes in operation are listed. It is pointed out that the starters must be applied properly.
