摘　　要：The basic principle of philosophy in Xianqin period follow the “Dao"and profess the “Zhi",and history record the truth.It is much different between the two.The primal name of Shiji is Taishigong or Taishigongshu,it is both a philosophy book and a history book.Si Maqian is both a thinker and a historian.He has two natures,or we can say that he took the philosophy means by his history record.It is very important to take a notice of this two different principles,because it has relationship of much comment including both praise and critique.
