摘　　要：Through the analysis of the existing advantages and restrictions in the globalization of Yunnan-ASEAN higher education, the paper explores the feasibility of the process and based on European Union’s effective experience in this respect, it encourages and makes practical suggestions to combine the existing conditions of the region to put it into effect.
