摘　　要：Using molasses as carbon source,Na\-2So\-4\+\{2-\} as sulfate source,chemical fertilizer as N,P source,the main ecological factor affecting sulfate removal rate by SRB pH,ALK and ORP was studied in Cstr.The optimum pH,ALK and ORP proved to be 6.57.0,500\{1 000\}mg/L,and -350-450 mV respectively.All the ecological factors affecting activity of SRB is related,the ecological effect is the integrated function results of factors.
