摘　　要：Solvation plays a very important role in the physiological activity of proteins,which are commonly found in concentrated salt solutions.The exact interplay between the ions in an aqueous electrolyte solution and the ones in residues of a protein is still unclear.Here,several protein samples including all-α(1BBL),all-β(1F53)andα+β(2N99)types are selected as the research target in the different aqueous environments.
