摘　　要：Objective To observe the effects in prognosis on pre-hospital cardiac arrest patients of appropriate hyperventilation combined with positive drug therapy in the process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation;to discuss the cellular microenvironment pathophysiological changes after cardiac arrest and to explore the mechanism to improve the patients' prognosis of the combined application of moderate hyperventilation and sodium bicarbonate, nitroglycerin, vasoactive drugs, glucocorticoid and other drugs in the process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods 13 cases of patients with pre-hospital cardiac arrest were given combined therapy of appropriate hyperventilation and active resuscitation drug intervention personally by the author from September 2012 to April 2014.The number of ROSC cases, the ROSC rate and time, the number of survival to hospital discharge cases was observed.
