摘 要:Phase equilibria in the Co-W-Ti ternary system at elevated temperatures between 1173K and 1573K were investigated by microstructural examination,electron probe micro-analysis,differential scanning calorimetry and x-ray diffraction.A D0 type ordered phase Co(W,Ti) was confirmed to be stable at1473 K.Ti atoms distribute into the D0 phase rather than into an fcc-Co matrix phase, which suggests that Ti works as a D0 former element.Results of TEM observation on a Co-10W- 3Ti (at.%) alloy heat-treated at 1173K for 30 min show that cuboidal particles precipitated coherently with the fcc-Co matrix.The cuboidal precipitates were identified to be a metastable Ll type ordered phase by electron diffraction.
