摘　　要：Special section tubes are widely applied in all walks of life.Mold design occupies an important position in special section tube production.Based on the actual cases of mold design, This article introduces the development and the design steps of the molds,using CAD rendering steps out of special section tube deformation,applying theoretical calculation result to practical production,and combining with actual trial results for the effective improvement scheme,design and manufacture of special section tube provides an effective method and solution.
