摘　　要：Background: Analyzed the special inherent law of 8-mer usage in human intergenic sequences, available nucleosome binding motif set were predicted by theoretical analysis and a popular and simple parameter to characterize nucleosome positioning was constructed.Compared with the experimental nucleosome occupancy rate, the average linear correlation coefficient reached 0.53.The results verify our predicting theory.
