摘  要:Precise control of magnetic domain walls (DWs) dynamic behaviors in ferromagnetic nanowires has become one of the important issues for realization of spintronic devices based on the DW motion.[1]We have investigated dynamic behaviors of the DW under external magnetic field in ferromagnetic nanowires using micromagnetic simulations [2,3] Under the AC driving field, we have observed a DW ratchet effect, a diode-like DW dynamic behavior characteristic, in asymmetrically patterned flat ferromagnetic nanowires.In addition, under the perpendicular magnetic field pulse, we have observed the dynamic behavior of the moving DW driven by perpendicular magnetic field pulses, which is explained by charging-and discharging-like behaviors of an electrical RC-circuit model, where the charging and the discharging of'magnetic charges' on the nanowire planes are considered.The concepts of the diode-like and the RC-model-like dynamic characteristics of the DW might be promising for spintronic functional device applications based on the DW motion.
